As a result of our growth and success, we are looking for a Account Intern to join our team, working across some of the interesting brands.
Job Description
- Follow up documents between customers or suppliers/vendors and company that related to the jobs (including the printing out, submitting to stakeholders, get the signatures,…);
- Follow up the payment process including invoice, minutes of acceptance, liquidation and other internal documents;
- Manage fanpages & social post of the projects.
- Support reporting and following up with projects;
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirements
- Full-time Internship: 4-6 months;
- Careful, detail oriented, well-organized and patient;
- Smart in way of working;
- Good at English (especially in reading and writing);
- Good at time management;
- Have interest in Automobile Industry;
- Proficient in computer skill, Microsoft office;
- Enthusiastic, responsible, hard-working, quick action;
- Good communication skill
- Good teamwork coordination
- Strict attention to detail
- Highly organized & self-motivated
- Problem solving, time management skills
- Work under pressure & short time
- Excellent command of English and Vietnamese
