Job Details
Position: Mall Development Deputy Manager
Job Code: 62958
Responsibility
1. Find new sites to open shopping malls matching with development strategies and new schemes of company.
2. Monitor and work closely with Developers to ensure the timelines and quality of projects.
3. Make the development strategies & plans that follow company requirements.
4. Maintain and promote relationships with authorities to process project’s licensing and development procedures.
5. Research and analyze finance, market and other information of potential sites for preparing development proposal.
6. Supervise a team of Business Development Professionals
7. Others tasks as assigned by supervisors.
– Working location: Dist 1, HCMC
– Monthly Salary: 1000～1500(USD)

Requirements
- Age: 30-45
- Gender : Any
- Language skills : English Business Level (Strong written and verbal communication)
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Economics, Laws, Business Administration, Real-Estate, Trading
- Experience:
+ 4-7 years working in Real-estate Investment, Project Development, Shopping Mall business
+ At least 2 years in management level.
- Having knowledge of laws and regulations regarding real estate development
Others
- Computing skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Skills.
- Good Planning and Analysis skills.
- Ability to motivate and direct people effectively through positive leadership
- Negotiation Skills, Conflict Management, Gathering & Analyzing Data, Quality & Process Orientation, Coping with Stress
