Job Details
Position: Japanese Speaking – System Engineer Assistant Manager
Job Code: 62596
Responsibility
1. Pre-production activities:
・Preparation of proposals and explanation to customers.
・Prepare proposal materials (including quotations) based on understanding of the company and the customer’s situation.
In cooperation with the sales staff of the company, consider how to propose to customers, and explain to customers in your own words.
2. Project management
・Promote the project as a Project Manager (PM) or leader, including members of the company and members of the client.
・Prepare progress documents and explanatory materials, explain to customers, negotiate and coordinate to solve problems. Experienced as a BrSE
・Negotiate/coordinate/report to Japanese members to promote the project.
Other tasks as assigned.
– Working location: Ba Dinh, Hanoi
– Monthly Salary: 1300～1800(USD)

Requirements
・Graduated from University of Science and Technology
・Gender: Any
・Age: 28 - 35
・Experience: Have at least 3 years of working experience as Project Manager (PM) or BrSE in IT companies.
・ Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 equivalent) to communicate with foreign technical experts and Japanese in the company.
Personality preferred
・ Good communication skills and can draw attention of members.
・ Characteristics: Quick; Proactive; Confident; Aggressive
