Job Details
Position: Industrial Instrumentation Technician
Job Code: 62514
Responsibility
1. Assess the need to replace parts in preventive and corrective maintenance, generating
subsidies for the maintenance programmer in creating maintenance plans.
2. Answer calls for corrective actions, such as: Instrument with measurement error, valve
passing or out of calibration, adjusting control tuning and others
3. Perform preventive maintenance or calibration on electronic transmitters, flow meters,
pneumatic circuits, valve, pressure gauges, thermometers, pressure switches, burners and scales (Key Function)
4. Generate periodic reports, calibration certificates and subsidies for the maintenance
scheduler in creating maintenance plans
5. Perform maintenance on refrigeration equipment, compressors and boilers.
6. Perform corrective, preventive and adjustment maintenance service in technical combustion systems (burners) in general.
7. Assist in the development of small projects, components and adaptations of machinery and equipment, being guided by plans, drawings, diagrams and other specific documents and using appropriate instruments.
– Working location: Phu My Town, Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
– Monthly Salary: 350～475(USD)

Requirements
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 30
・Education: College Diploma - Instrumentation, Electronics or Electrotechnics
・Language English Basic level
・Having experience as Instrumentation or Technical staff around 2 years
・Perform technical tasks related to installation, start-up, corrective maintenance, preventive and calibration of industrial process control instruments, controlling calibration certificates, technical data and instrument diagrams and other documents.
・Skills with Windows tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
・Ability to measure or calibrate instruments (Metrology Applied to
Instrumentation/Basic Instrumentation course.
Preferable Skill / Experience
・ Activity-specific 5S/TPM knowledge
・Knowledge of the operating principle of equipment in the production chain
・ Knowledge of the Production Process
