Job Details
Position: Utilities Operator
Job Code: 62271
Responsibility
・ Operate the Effluent Treatment Plant system (high complexity), understanding the process in its set of steps, having the knowledge to act proactively in solving problems and the ability to detect causes that may interfere with quality and adjust the process to improve it.
1. Operate effluent treatment system;
2. Operate water treatment system;
3. Operate Cooling towers;
4. Operate Air compressor and Chillers;
5. Operate CO2 tank, NaOH tank;
6. Carry out laboratory analysis of utilities;
7. Receive chemicals;
8. Prepare reagents;
9. Carry out specific 5S/GMP for ETE activities;
10. Operate the sludge press and drying system;
11. Operate building management systems.
– Working location: Phu My Town, Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
– Monthly Salary: 260～475(USD)
Yêu cầu
Requirements
・Education: Highschool above
・Age: 22 - 27
・Language: English conversational level
・ Know the activity or 2 years as a trainee/assistant in the utilities area
・ Knowledge of the Quality Tools in force in the company
・ Skill with Windows tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
・ Specific safety training for the activity and equipment
・ Practical training for operation of Effluent Treatment Plant processes
Preferable Skill / Experience
• Experience in water analysis
• Experience in instrumentation, electrical, mechanics and chemistry
• Know the supervisory mechanism (panel used to control the Utilities equipment)
• Basic knowledge of biology
• Knowledge of the areas involved in the production chain and utilities
• Knowledge of Techniques for Improvements in the Work Process
• Know the operating principle of the equipment
