Responsibility

– Planning yearly and seasonal goods according to business plan
– Control the progress and efficiency of plan implementation for each specific stage
– Build system of goods planning and management reports, which include: progress, number of samples, quantity, and proportion of goods
– Coordinate with other related departments to ensure the implementation of the set plan
– Set retail price, approve the selling price bracket (based on the price frame to give the selling quantity)
– Control the selling price in line with the business strategy from time to time
– Capture fashion trends, regional specificities to have a distribution plan
– Analyze and evaluate the product lines launched in the market to divide the goods appropriately and handle arising situations effectively.
– Control and build a defect report system
– Participate in sample approval, evaluation and production orders
– Control the implementation progress of the production, design and sewing departments according to the set goods plan.
– Develop the process and principles for goods division
– Coordinate goods for each Store
– Ensure the distribution of goods from ordering stage, to the finished product warehouse, then to the store system at the right time and according to the plan.
– Build and ensure inventory norms for the store system according to the season, time, market situation and sales program
– Synthesize, evaluate, report and analyze business indicators to make suggestions and solutions to minimize inventory.
– Evaluate work results and organize work assignments for employees.
– Manage, guide and develop employees
– Other arising tasks as required by superiors.
