1.Modify and maintain EC system (Based on Haravan)
– Stable maintain & optimize of EC systems
– Optimize performance of Landingpage sale/promotion campaigns.
– Modify system to apply Netsuper (focusing on Perishable, D&D) and Market Place
– Review & modify delivery gateway to apply with new delivery partners.
– Review & modify payment gateway to improve the payment process on web.
2. Optimize UX/UI to EC site
– Analyze user behavior: Analyze and plan on improving the user interface (UX/UI).
– Propose products, programs arcording to analysis from the system for Marketing leader and MD team.
– Improve website follow user behavior & shopping flow.
– Statistics report statistics analyzing customer purchase behavior for superiors.
– Code special store landing page.
– Utilize CRM & martech tools to maximize customer life time value (CLV).
Yêu cầu
- University degree
- At least 3 year experience in similar position.
- A strong internet and IT knowledge, especially with Haravan system.'
- Good knowledge ofE-commerce Operation process
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with many priorities and time deadlines.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral).
- Timeline & project management.
- Know how to use Design software is advantage.
