What you will be doing:
● Oversee, coordinate and prepare relevant documents for BD team
● Manage and coordinate with merchants and other cross-function team with regards to grant-
related matters
● Provide support in preparing reports and administrative work given
● Co-coordinating internal and external client meetings, event, workshop/webinar
● Be in charge of managing comment and inbox of merchants on Shopline fanpage
● Working closely with business development team and existing merchants
● Being flexible in making urgent arrangement and coordination in extended hours to fulfil
business needs.
● Data entry, prompt update of submission records
● Ad-hoc duties assigned
