Responsibility
• Manage and maintain client relationships to enhance customer service experience and ensure service quality and efficient operations
• Deliver tailor-made and one-stop services by closely following up client’s needs; Provide timely resolution of issues from client
• Seek for further business opportunities
• Develop relationship with new clients
• Oversee client’s programs; Prepare client’s summary and report
• Support Sales Team to solve the enquiries and problems with consistency and accuracy
• Supervise Client Service Team and continuous monitoring of services quality
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.
Yêu cầu
Requirement
• Education: Diploma/degree holder in any discipline (though Science, Engineering, or another technicaldiscipline will be a plus).
• Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills and Strong problem-solving skill.
• Experience: 5+ years working experience; Experience in testing laboratory is an advantage.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese
• Others: Self-initiated, independent and a good team player.
