This position is in charge of all Training & Recruitment operation, that included but not limited to:
1. Traning:
– Identify and access future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line manager;
– Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations;
– Deploy a wide variety of training methods;
– Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions;
– Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them;
– Manage training budget;
– Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary;
– Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
2. Recruitment
– Execute the recruitment procedure as manpower request from other departments;
– Manage recruitment channel and report on it;
– Assist employees on onboarding/offboarding procedure;
– Other tasks assigned time to time.
3. Other tasks assigned by line manager time to time
Yêu cầu
- College/Bachelor degree in ralated field;
- Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem solving;
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Vietnamese both verbal and written;
