– Establishment of the strategies for EC Project in terms of operation system of the New EC, in short term to long term (1-5 years)
– Improving the current E-Commerce Operation to make it better and more efficient;
– Establishing New EC: Marketplace model to be established; Operation management to be top-focus on; Transfer operation functions of Net Supermarket Customers to New EC smoothly.
– General Department Management related to Operation matters: Planning and Budgeting; Planning and Budgeting; Planning, educating and improving all staffs’ knowledge and techniques by evaluating performance through creating PDCA circle, then promoting if any staffs are met to be knowledgeable enough, with good humanities and performance, to become superiorly.
– Planning and supervising staffs to establish the yearly MBO and evaluating every half year;
Yêu cầu
- University degrees
- Preferable to have experiences in E-Commerce such as Tiki, Shopee, Lazada, or Bachhoaxanh.
- Good know-how of online order processing process and delivery/payment partners (e.g. Giaohangnhanh, Ahamove, Ninjavan, Grab Moca, VNPay, etc.)
- At least 4-5 years experience in similar position.
- E-commerce operation & SOP.
- Very fluent in English
- Strong communication skill (both verbal and written) and strong skills to collect information
- Strong negotiation skills for external affairs including authorities and governments
- Basic risk and crisis management skills
