JOB PURPOSE:
· Responsible for Vietnam market overall business and financial objectives including market shares, revenue, and profitability
· To manage with internal stakeholders to achieve and to deliver overall Vietnam goals & objectives
· To maintain and expand business oppurtunities with existing customers including direct or indirect channels (ie. via strategic partners)
· To expand to new market/business oppurtunities with new customers, including Banks & Acquirers, ISV, Fintech & others strategic business accounts)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead, manage, guide, evaluation and develop sales team to ensure that the countries achieve their business objectives and comply with all relevant regulations and laws
· Ensure that the countries managed meet target revenue, gross profits and EBITs
· Maintain the effective relationships with the clients by nurturing the relations.
· Develop new business beyond existing market segment so as to ensure the growth and progress of the company.
· Work with senior level management in the industry so as to bring new prospects for the company.
· Ensure compliance with overall Group processes and policy
· Bear legal responsibility and represent the Company and its values in its relationships with major customers, partners and associated bodies related to Cards Payment industry
· Provide weekly reporting and updated market information upon request in timely manner
· Additional roles & responsibility to be assign by management which including appointment as legal representative for Vietnam market

LANGUAGE: English
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEREQUIREMENTS:
· Diploma/University: University graduate is mandatory, engineer background.
· Mandatory: more than 10 years professional experiences in International B to B companies.
· Experience in Card banking or e-payment related industry is preferred.
· Deep experience of Vietnam culture
