Your Mission
Inspire and empower millions of individuals across Asia to make healthier choices and support them in their journey of health discovery through developing and enhancing content pieces suitable for Vietnam market. The content editor will work predominantly with our content team to ensure articles are well-written, fact-checked, medically reviewed by our panel and maintains our editorial voice as they are published on time, among other important key metrics observed in Hello Health.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare, rewrite, and edit articles to improve readability and comply with key Hello Health Best Practice Metrics for SEO with local Vietnam audience in mind
- Abide by Hello Health’s editorial guidelines and policies
- Conduct developmental edits and offer input to enhance quality, organization, clarity and content effectiveness.
- Conduct keyword research & planning, use SEO guidelines and work closely with the Head of SEO to increase web traffic
- Manage writer team and ensure daily production KPIs are met
- Provide data-driven inputs to MarryBaby’s Content Operations Executive to develop the monthly content plan for MarryBaby (ideas, article topics and angles)
- Work together with the internal content teams and marketing teams to deliver ON platform client projects including sponsored content projects and lead generation projects
- As needed, provide support on other Content tasks, Regional Audience and Growth projects, SEO analysis and Competitor analysis
Key Performance Indicators & Targets
- Edit and optimize content – 6-7pts daily KPI
- MarryBaby audience size – Total # Users/Month
- Content Operations KPI – Total # Articles and # Points
- 100% Delivery of on-platform Client Content Projects
Yêu cầu
Your Profile
- Must have a Bachelor Degree or higher in Journalism, English, Communications or other relevant field or commensurate experience.
- Min. 3 years of relevant content planning and executing experience
- Minimum 1 years of experience as audience-focused Project Lead / Project Manager / Planner
- Website content development, social media, and video content experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in healthcare is a plus.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English
- Good time management, communication, people management
- Strong sense of discipline and responsibility
- Must have a positive attitude and be passionate about bringing health content to the community.
