Job Details
Position: Japanese Speaking – Customer Service
Job Code: 63505
Responsibility
– Supporting to payroll software users (currently mainly Japanese companies)
– When a Customer who is a user uses the software and needs a question or help, he/she responds.
– Hearing specification change requests for each Customer
– Other tasks assigned by line manager
– Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
– Monthly Salary: 500～900(USD

Requirements
- Gender: Female Only
- Age: 22 - 23
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree (Prefer candidates who graduated from Trade University, University of Social Sciences and Humanities)
- Language: Japanese - Business Level (N1 Certificate)
- New graduates are OK to apply OR experienced candidates need to have less than 1 year of work experience in any position and any industry OR Candidates who have studied and worked in Japan
- Personality: calm, conscientious, data-driven, willing to talk to strangers, good business manner
